1. Where do you ship?
• We currently ship exclusively within the United States.
• All orders are processed and delivered to U.S. addresses only.
2. How long is the processing and delivery time?
• Processing time: 1–3 business days
• Delivery time: 7–12 business days
• You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
3. How can I track my order?
• Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email.
• You can also track your order on our “Track Order” page using your tracking number.
4. What is your return policy?
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Please contact us at Support@zenicura.com before sending anything back.
5. My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
• Please email Support@zenicura.com within 48 hours of delivery.
• Attach clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
• We will provide a replacement or refund depending on your preference.
6. Do you offer order cancellations?
• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours after purchase.
• After your order is processed, cancellations may not be possible.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
• We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
• All payments are securely processed through encrypted systems.
8. Do you offer support?
• Yes! Our customer support is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST).

9. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
• Yes, but only if the order is still in processing.
• Contact us immediately with the correct address.
• Once the order is shipped, the address cannot be changed.
10. Will I be charged taxes?
• Sales tax is automatically applied at checkout when required by U.S. state law.
